Company driver teams - additional 4CPM (split) on loaded miles for transporting any Hazmat materials. Both team drivers must have Hazmat to qualify.

Driver Requirements:

  • Student Drivers must have graduated from a qualified truck driving school (minimum 120 hour curriculum) within the last 12 months.
  • Student Drivers must attain their HazMat Endorsement within 6 months of their hire date.
  • Experienced Solo Drivers must have 6 months verifiable interstate tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
  • Experienced Solo Drivers MUST have their HazMat Endorsement.
  • Experienced Team Drivers must have 6 months verifiable interstate tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 12 months.
  • Experienced Team Drivers MUST have their HazMat Endorsement.
  • Drivers MUST be able to pass Covenant Transport's physical aptitude test.
  • No current parole or warrant for arrest.
