EARN $0.40 - $0.52/MI MINIMUM WITH 1 YEAR OTR EXPERIENCE

85% OF OUR COMPANY TRUCK S ARE 2011-2014 MODEL YEAR

Barr-Nunn pays a minimum rate of $0.40- $0.43/mi on Practical Miles (5% more then household movers guide miles) for all OTR drivers with 1-6 years experience. On top of this pay the following "Band Pay" rates apply based on the length of haul of the load you run:

-0 - 50 miles = $0.88/mi + $15

-51-100 miles = $0.88/mi

-101-200 miles = $0.50/mi

-201-300 miles = $0.46/mi

-301-400 miles = $0.44/mi

-401-550 miles = $0.42/mi

-551 + & empty = $0.40/mi

Those drivers with 7 years or more experience earn $0.41/mi as a base. (starting pay is $0.44/mi for those OTR drivers living in the Northeast)

TEAM DRIVERS EARN $0.52/MI ALL MILES

TEAM DRIVERS ARE ASSIGNED A 2013 or 2014 FREIGHTLINER CASCADIA with a 1500 watt inverter

All Company drivers have $0.02/mi on all paid miles contributed to their 401K starting Day 1.
