1. ONE CENT Pay Increase now in place for ALL drivers on all paid miles. This is the 4th pay increase Boyd has given drivers this year! 2. Tarp Pay has been increased to $20 per load 3. Detention Pay has been increased to $18/hour 4. 401K benefits have also been increased
