We know that mechanical breakdowns and weather delays, especially in the winter months, can take a bite out of your paycheck. To offset that we will guarantee that during your time out with a trainer you will get a flat rate of pay. Students whose training was sponsored by CRST will be paid $50 per day flat rate while assigned to a tractor. Recent graduates and CDL holders with no experience will be paid $0.22 CPM for split miles. This pay begins immediately upon beginning your time over-the-road with your trainer.
