New Student Drivers

Training available Weeks 1 & 2 - $375.00, Week 3 & 4 - $400.00, Weeks 5 & 6 - $500.00 Pay - $0.29 CPM up to 180 days, $0.30 CPM 181 to 365 days, $0.31 CPM at 366 days. Students may graduate in as little as 3 weeks. After Graduation drivers attend orientation for 3 days, and then are assigned a driver trainer for 6 weeks.

Student Drivers No Experience, No Problem! FFE offers company sponsored training for inexperienced individuals looking to get started with a stable carrier that is committed to safety. Students attending training may graduate in as little as three weeks. After graduation student drivers attend a 3 day orientation in Lancaster, TX where they will be assigned a driver trainer for their first 6 weeks. This careful approach allows student drivers to receive the experience necessary to become a successful over the road driver. New trainees receive 4 pay raises in their first year! After successfully completing training, a new driver in their first year averaging 2,500 miles per week with no accidents will earn in excess of $36,000.
