*COMPANY DRIVER COMPENSATION*

Fair Pay Rates apply for all solo drivers at Marten Transport! Now all drivers will get credits for prior experience and will be paid via a graduated pay scale, based on length of haul.

Teams are paid a flat rate plus a team bonus.

CONTRACTOR SETTLEMENT PACKAGE Our Contractor settlement package has been designed to provide drivers with varying rates based on length of haul. The basic compensation plan is as follows:
