I worked for Werner my first year and put up with the electronic logging and being treated as a student. Werner does not expect you to stay very long and they treat you like a number, worse, like an indentured servant. When I hired on with CFI, I found out that it is in fact a great company with outstanding benefits and that they accept students. I wish I had started here as a new driver. My learning curve would have been much easier to bear. But would a new driver know that they have it so good unless they get abused by other companies first? I don't know. I think CFI is the company you hope you will find after getting treated badly by other companies. CFI is the company you start with and stay at if you are smart.
