Default Government loads

I'm searching for information, publications,or criteria on where to obtain flatbed loads or contracts for loads from the federal government, military or otherwise.

Default Re: Government loads

Jonnie G,
If you're near a military base, contact the transportation, supply, or quartermaster section. Depending on the branch, the group that gets freight moved will fit in one of those areas. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) may also have their finger in the pie.
All of them get their freight moved by lowest competent bidder and they are biased toward "small business owners". Best of luck.
