Re: oh speeding ticket
Rachel, i have recieved 3 tickets total in OH, the first 2 (one was 67 in a 55, and the other 77 in a 55) i was licensed in FL and they showed up even though i paid them imediately, since then i have moved back to NY and i am now NY licensed, i recieved another ticket in OH in Feb(66 in a 55) and i didnt pay it until NY sent a suspension notice and then i paid it. When i came back to NY they dropped all my other tickets and this one has yet to show up on my record and i just got a copy of it on thursday. So it really depends on the state that you and how they report to other states. My mom works for DMV here in NY and they just got money from the feds to upgrade there reporting systems, its a computer that links ever state called the National Driver Registery and right now they are using it for child support and DWI suspensions, but it will like all technology effect us sooner or later...i have never hired a lawyer to fight a ticket...Good luck
