Sod, with no slam intended it looks like you've been checking different companies for a long time. I've never driven a mile for Fulmer, but what is it about them that you like? Have you made a list of things that are important to you personally and have you asked them the important questions?

I say this because I don't put a lot of stock in what other drivers tell me about **any** company. Most are repeating ancient rumors they heard on the CB or could very well have been duds who wouldn't be happy in any company where work was involved. Some drivers could have had a bad dispatcher in a great company, a dry spell or a couple of bad loads, or just a bad experience during training or in their newbie phase. Would that be a valid reason to scratch a prospective company off my list? I'm not so sure.

I prefer to ask the company direct questions about the things that are the most important to me and I'll write down the answers along with the name of the person answering the question. Then, and only then -- if I have specific questions about a certain answer they gave me -- I might ask another driver's opinion. Even then, I'll consider the source.
..

Maybe someone has recent firsthand experience with that company. Hopefully they'll see this post when I elevate it and you'll get some solid input.

We wish you BOL.

Then ask him what he liked about them and if he prepared a list of important questions and got answers. I'll almost bet he didn't because it seems most drivers only ask:

- Hay-ow fast do yor trucks run?

- Will I get lots of mauls?

- Kinna put muh own chrome on it?

- Kinna bring muh dog?

- Kinna bring muh girlfriend?

If you haven't listened to drivers quiz recruiters, you've missed out on some really good entertainment.

We still wish him best of luck.
