Default I just applied at Fed Ex. No CDL needed.

I just applied at fed ex and i dont even need a CDL. Although i have a
CDL class A, i am not having any luck finding a job because of my so called criminal background. I have a tresspassing in 2007 and a larceny in 2005. I guess this bars me from having one of the most exciting
jobs any american can have which is driving tractor/trailers. Well i guess i would have to settle for home deliveries with fed ex, which doesnt require a CDL which may make me insurable. Thats if i pass the background check. Maybe having my CDL is a plus for driving a 24 ft box truck with out airbrakes. Well there goes my 65 hundred dollar school tuition. Out the window. So what do you guys think? think i have a chance getting hired at fed ex with that kind of record. maybe theyll need me to drive one of their big rigs after i prove myself driving the box truck. do you guys know of any class a jobs that will hire people with records?

best of luck with getting that job I worked as a bigbrown delivery boy when i was 22 I was in good shape but by then i was too danged old to run like my 20 yr old dispatcher wanted me to, and too much of a cracker to tolerate the whippin when i couldn't if you can stomach ups for 30 yrs, you can retire well but if you have the selfdecipline to tolerate that kind of abuse you can retire weller doing something else for somebody else

about your records, i had some roy orbison records when ups hired me but i couldnt play them while i was running myself to halfdeath Back in those days they didn't have turntables in the truck. records arent well recieved by most companies these days. thank you

Best of luck to you...you are gonna need it! There is absolutely no chance that Fedex will hire you. Also being that you have 2 major convictions on your record that are so recent you will have a hard time just about anywhere. Although, you kinda fit the norm as far as the kind of people looking into getting into trucking. With the way things are nowadays trucking companies don't need the low-lifes anymore.

Trucking companies (especially reputable ones) are'nt going to hire anyone with a criminal record as colorful as this guy has.
The fact that this guy thinks he's gonna get on with the likes of Fed-Ex is hilarious! Face it dude, your doomed to a life of servitude along with all of your other criminally marked brethren.

Think. Use your head before you break the law. There are consequences and no free rides after you do the time. We didn't do it to you...you did it to us.

Truck driving is no longer a haven for criminals and assorted ne'er do wells. There is still hope...the world needs fry cooks, dishwashers & ditch diggers, too.

No wait...hold the last one..they have automatic trench diggers now. Does the digging a lot faster & more efficiently than the ex cons. Dang..scratch another career opportunity for felons.

What makes you think that driving for countless hours day in day out is so exciting? If anything I'd call it nervewrecking since you never know what is behind the next curve.

so called criminal background ? larceny is defined as a fancy word for fraud ,theft etc etc. you think fed ex is going to hire you with that on your record as recent as 2005 ?
you must be a retard to think that . 2005 was only 4 years ago , and larceny is a pretty serious crime. most companys do a 10 year criminal back ground check. so i highly dout any respectable company will touch you till 2015 or later . as posted above with that criminal back ground im sure mc donalds or burger king will hire you .

How "sure" are you 'bout that, Salomon?
Then again, you might be correct.
I heard Burger King is coming out with a new menu item ---
a felony burger basket.
But it's not to go, --- only to be consumed at BK.
