Question immigrating driver needs helpful advice/tips

canadian class a driver with 10yrs. experience (clean driving record & background) is moving 2 the US & wanting 2 know best way 2 go about finding work behind the wheel again. last yr suffered 2 heart attacks & since has had a pacemaker put n, but per canadian rules is no longer allowed 2 drive with cdl so wondering the best way 2 go about getting liscensed here in Kentucky. tryin 2 read up on websites looks like we r cleared on the heart condition 2 try but other factor was the vision waiver offered n ontario. any info would b gr8ly appreciated as trucking is our bread & butter.

Two heart attacks within a year, a pacemaker, questionable eyesight, and still lookin' to butter the bread by Big truck truckin'?
No offense, but that bread looks more like toast.
What would it take for that Canadian driver to decide enough is enough and hang up the drivin' gloves?
