Where is the Email

I am still unable to find the email envelope to access my email. I called admin last week and she said it was on the first page after sign in. I am either blind as a bat or its hidden somewhere else.
HELP.

After you log in to your account, a new page will appear.

At the top right corner, underneath Willis Shaw, there is a search box.

Just below that, there is a gold bar containing your e-mail envelope,
calender, home pages etc.

It is partially hidden and is not obvious at first glance but it is there.

At top of page (right side), under "Layover Support" there is a little yellow navigation bar right below the search box. The email icon will appear there if you are logged in.

Is it not appearing?

I did find the icon and when I click on it, it takes me back to the initial sign in page. I have tried it 2-3 times and always the same, even though on the http: line it says webmail.

Are you given any error message? When after logging in and clicking the mail icon, do you see the icons in the yellow bar and "Log-in to Your Layover Webmail Account" header at the top of the page? Does it also have your username prefilled with the message "Welcome back, rocknsand!..." ?

Something you could try to do is clear your cookies. If you are using Internet Explorer, this can be done by clicking Tools->Delete Browsing History->Delete Cookies
