Roxanne Rambles is on a distinguished road
Default Explanation of a few things.......

Roxanne Rambles is Georgia Girl. I have been on this board since 1997 (or somewhere like that). I have been in and out of trucking and have been involved with Layover since that time. Layover does NOT provide leads/applications to ANYONE except trucking companies. In the future, I, or any other 3rd party recruiter must not post any sort of advertisement for a position. The same policies for spam still stick.

In order to not jeopardize the quality of the leads that come through, it would be unfair to the companies to allow a job posting section. Layover has that opportunity available by calling their sales department and they can place a classified ad. Classified ads will NO LONGER be allowed on this or other forums.

So, with that said and done, I have went back and deleted several of my own posts and will be paying closer attention to other spammers coming in here and posting jobs. Third party recruiters are EVERYWHERE. I am one. Unfortunately, many of them have little (if any) trucking experience and the quality of their recruitment services is less than desireable. 80% of the recruiters for JB HUNT are third party recruiters and they rarely, if ever, have their facts straight.

Layover may branch into the 3rd party recruitment in the future, but nothing is imminent yet.We would work directly with our current customers and not create anything new. In an effort to not jeopardize the integrity of all leads, I will further direct all drivers inquiring about a job to apply on the Layover website. 20+ trucking companies will then have the applicants information available for contact.

Third party recruiting endeavors will not be allowed on this site anymore. Any help you guys can offer in alerting Joellyroll or me to the postings will be greatly appreciated. What he doesn't catch, hopefully, I will be able to.

Thanks for understanding so far. We'll get it worked out eventually.
