Default Welcome back!

We have missed you, Pepper! Glad to see you are back and all is well with your computer and you these days. I love that song, "Save a Horse, Ride A Cowboy", and I watch that video a lot doing my college work, and that song fits Wrangler to a T. I don't know how his singing ablities are, but if he can sing just like they do, then he can take it on the road. Poor Wrangler is missing some body parts!LOL. I hope he has found them or invested in getting some of those brass ones he talked about!LOL.

Aftershock has held down the fort very nicely this week with his wonderful sense of humor and his gentlemanly way, and he just really knows the right things to always say at the right moments. We would be lost without him and his sense of humor.

We need you back Pepper as there are some women in here needing trucking advice, and you and Cruisin Angel are the experts there, and you help so many of these ladies out in here with your nice advice and expert advice.

Glad to see you back!

Default good to have you back

I am another one that uses SpySweeper. I'll tell you it really helps! But, if any of you know of any good pop up blockers please let me know. I do have one on the pc but some still seem to get on through. Needless to say it is very annoying to say the least. Anyways...Glad your pc is all better now and look forward to chatting with you. As for the men singing, I'd pay anything to see that as I am sure it would be great time! Not only do the men have a great sense of humor, but it is always nice to get their point of view.

Default Welcome back gal!!

Glad to see you decided to re-enter the crazy zone!! LOL

There's been a bit of a "spark" here and there since you've been gone- -but- -the whoopwhoop and "fire" seem to be missing (along with a couple body parts)! One of "our boyz" had "stars in his eyes",a couple "lost their way"(or themselves for a minute lol), one is still searching the globe for some brass knuckles(although I can't for the life of me figure out why lol), or was that brass------oh never mind--you'll get it all figured out! LOL None of us gurlz have felt much like "dressing up" lately. (I think the boyz are missing that a lil' bit too! LOL)But a couple of "our boyz" have been mentioning needing "help" with some of their "projects". I wonder how soon we can order tube tops, short-short coveralls and workboots for us gurlz and give those boyz a hand??LOL

Well folks now that the "spice" has been found again - -What's cookin'??LOL

Ride a who, You know I do believe somehow I recieved a reputation in here!!!! Now you all realize that I AM an angel in disguise don't you. Been out here kickin my horse in the butt because he doesnt want me to ride him either. Guess I shouldn't have been singin that song. So welcome back pepper and we will be looking foward to seeing what pic's you have. Hope everyone in them has thier clothing on "wink" . Ole Leroy I think I saw him going northbound towards knoxville. Had a flock of scantilly dressed floosies chasing him up the road. Of course they were all 75 years old in cheerleaders outfits. Anyway just clarifying one point. I am not a sleaze boy gurlssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!! Sheeses what arep a guy gets here lol.,

Default Mr. Wrangler

You are the perfect gentleman and cowboy in here. Cowboys have always been true gentlemen and you are there there to a T. The song Save A Horse, Ride A Cowboy is more of a feel good song, get down and party up a storm, and many look at it as being a funny, and happy go lucky song. I just really get a kick out of that video, and it is funny. No negative intentions were intended to be applied to you on the other meanings with the song. It is a cowboy song, you know. Just a feel good song there. You always make the people in here feel good with your nice and sincere comments. I took the positive points and said that was you there. I think you and Aftershock make this forum into a wonderful place, and we need more good men like you two in here.

Default Sound Check

Which microphone is live?

HuH? ........ Which one?.......This one?
TESTING! One, two. .....Yup!

OK, here goes......

Happy days are here again
Pepper is back
She's just like kin
OH, happy days are here again~!

Settle down girls. I'm just warming up.
Whatcha wanna hear next?
Whiskey for the men, Beer for the horses, or, MY personal favorite Semi Crazy? You know, Junior Brown.

I gotta get up early just to say good-night to you. Another song I sing a lot, mostly in the shower. Great acoustics in that little room, doncha know? I sound marvelous.

Lately, I've been the Singing Janitor. If it ain't one thing it's another. My room mate says, "All ya gotta do is....."
I say, Yeah RIGHT! All ya gotta do is get into the project to find out there's more to it than meets the eye. NO project is "all ya gotta do is...." when it involves a foundation.

Owning a house is nice, but there's waaaay more to do to keep a house up than a Big Truck. And a Big Truck takes you places no house ever will. I ain't NEVER gonna get used to going to sleep in the same place every night (or morning) And, I ain't NEVER gonna get used to goin' to sleep at the same time every day (or night) I have to mix 'em up, which has most non-truckers convinced I'm looney -- just like I've been tellin' 'em for years. NOW they believe me! LOL!! I don't lie.

They wonder what I'm talking about when I mention listening to the drivers using the Jake on a slight downgrade about 1/2 to 3/4 mile from the house. I appreciate those straight stacks! Seems the neighbors don't even notice.

I stop in the middle of a sentence and say, "listen to that!" They just look at me with that 'pity' look when they answer. 'Oh, sure! WE hear it, too. What are you hearing?"
Shhhhhhhh! The Jake! Can't you hear it?

One neighbor asked if I ever SEE Jake. They just don't get it. I think they've been homeowners too long. lol.
The rolling stone gathers no moss. They're growing moss I fear. And I fear I will, too. Aauuggghhhh!
What's next? Mold? Dry rot? Termites?
Somebody, tent me and turn on the gas!

All of you out there who think you want to drive a Big Truck, listen up!! Hear my words as I type them and take notes.
If you don't be careful, driving will get into your blood. Can't get it out either -- even if you really want to. It's there to stay. Draining all your blood and replacing it with, oh say,........ a desk jockey's plasma, will only work for a day or maybe two, if helps at all. Like a Trojan Horse in your computer, it'll be back.

I watch movies to take my mind off the road. That helps a little. Saw Cold Mountain the other day. I watched it twice, I was very disappointed. Can you believe there wasn't even one Big Truck in the background in any scene? Whuzzup with that? That's what I watch movies for now-a-daze -- to see how many trucks I can spot in the background.
Oh well, back to Bob The Builder, or, Trains, Planes, and Automotrucks. At least THEY know how to put Big Trucks up front where they belong.

But, I digress.

If ol' Road Wrangler has no stage fright, I envy him. I choke up and forget the lyrics. My singing style is a cross betwixt Bob Dylan and Celine Dion. I don't have a huge following, yet, but with RW's help I'm sure we could throw some pretty good entertainment together for a concert.
Just put me on stage last. I have a lot of aluminum to polish first. I hope I have time to change clothes. Whatever, the show MUST go on!

ROAD-SHOCK ON TOUR
A Know Bull Production. Coming to a town near you. Good seats still available at reasonable prices. Get 'em quick before the scalpers grab them all.

There will be NO cameras allowed in the auditorium. Nor will there be any refunds in case of rain, or any other reason.

Suits and ties will be turned away at the gate. Those wearing cowboy hats will be required to remove them when the entertainment is on stage so those seated behind will have an un-obstructed view. Those with fat heads, well -- there just isn't much we can do about that. LOL!
