What is really a crime is that some even dump young children off on whomever to pursue this fantasy of theirs. Like I said a woman belongs in the home.
Rose Colored Glasses? Different Perception? Sit & Cry? Sweet Talking A Man? Dump Children on Whomever?

1. I know Men Drivers that drove for 20 years and they prefer rose colored glasses "cliche"
2. Yes, Females have a Better Perception on Solving Problems and Fixing Things instead of calling a Wrecker
3. Awww Come On Now...Ive Seen Grown MEN cry out on the road when they miss their families
4. Well Everybody knows you get more done with Sugar then Salt...No Discrimination there..Works For MEN just as well
5. Dumping Children? Who says Daddy can't watch those Kids while Momma is Working? Are you saying Dad is in-effective at raising children? Maybe it's a joint-custody situation? BIG JOE not EVERY company keeps you AWAY from home for months on end. Some companies bring trucks home every weekend. Regional & Shorthaul (Remember?) NOT ALL Companies require months out on the road like LandStar...

Your being Sassy AGAIN and Im Telling Your WIFE! Now GET TO WORK...

OMG BigJoe is a BigRetard! I am a woman. Been in the industry for over 20years. Never had a accident or even a ticket. And for the last 5 years have been working as a licensed instructor and examiner in Florida.
So please do not listen to this crazy man. I will admit driving is not for everyone, but there are plenty of women out there doing their thing. I would advise you stay far away from JB Hunt and Scneider, they are mostly slip seat and work you to death for low pay. Stevens has an awesome training program and Werner does also. But they are starter companies, so you dont want to stay long with either one, a year would be appropriate. Convenant just revamped their training so they might be better, they used to be pretty bad. CRST has a good program also. Swift, well you hear good and bad. Just do the research. All of them have websites.

Good Luck and God Bless.

big joe seems to have some kind of insecurities. PHALLIC??

My wife and I have a number of lady driver friends and some of them drive solo and do as well as ANY man. I don't think anyone; male or female; has a "fantasy" about truck driving. It is a JOB; and with many manufacturing companies closing; even trucking is questionable as a career. We live in the southeast and jobs are few and far between, even with a college degree.

I agree women belong in the home; rasing the kids; but when some sorry guy knocks them up, then skips on his responsibility, women have to make do. I've seen way too much of that (8 years as a boy scout leader and 2 years baseball coach helping single women's boys learn simple manly skills because their husband couldn't handle what it takes to be a REAL man.
Many male truck drivers are running around dodging CHILD SUPPORT moving from company to company, or being an "independent contractor" so it is hard for FCS to catch them. Or they get diseases from lot lizards and take it home; then get thrown out. No, I think women know all too well "what trucking is all about". Especially big joes kind of trucking.

Disregard any advice from Axiom. That retard doesn't even have the sense to make copies of important paperwork so he deserves to get stiffed.

Remember: Women have no place in a man's world. If they have to get out and get a job they should stick to traditional female occupations such as waitressing and prostitution.

When they first started selling wine in big cardboard boxes, I thought it was a pretty good idea, but after reading this...

BigJoe likes his "Wemen" drinking their wine out of a cardboard box. And he likes them living in high rise trailer park condo's. And he likes them working at "cat houses!" You have a problem with guys like Big Joe? The "wanna be" truckers that LQQK at everything through what used to be "rose colored" glasses now gone "sunny yellow" disposition.......Gotta love those OCD Drunks..they all stick together...but the best part of it ALL? It ****s to have a "UnderCover CAT in the House..." She's gonna PULL the PLUG! AND IT WILL ALL COME TUMBLING DOWN!

Have a Happy Day! I WiLL,

I wonder if LadyJ hasn't been consuming a little vino outta the cardboard box? Her last two posts don't sound like her normal intelligent self. In other words: WHAT SHE SAY?????

I'm not familiar with boxed wines nor bottled ones for that matter. I see 'em for sale in the grocery store but thats about all. I may take an occassional drink but when I do its that fine Kentucky bourbon made in small batches or a good scotch. My women dislike the stuff altogether and thats fine with me.

So how ya been LadyJ? Let me here from you when the wonder of the wine has worn off, sugar.

Hey everyone, I just past my written test and school starts for me aug 22nd, I can drive the rig fine, my other half has taken me on the road, but the backing scares the **** out of me.

I need to do this since there is no work in FL right now, and he will be with me to help, but can anyone give me a feel for whether they like it of hate it, being on the road long haul, and what about going to the bathroom? He says he will get me a camper potty, are there no rest areas any where.

I just want to know is it really hard out there and is it really worth it. I appreciate any advise I could get from the woman's prospective, my other half has been doing it for 30 yrs and says if we do it together we get paid more.

please give me your honest opionion. thanks ladies
