I went through alot with the company I was with. I recently found out that the company put a crash accident of my report, the thing is I have not had any accidents,no police called or reference number indicating I was in an accident, No citation,No damage to either tractor or trailer,no damage to any property yet its on my record. When the company found out I was trying to go to another company they fired me.

I've been driving for 30 years and DAC just can't seem to find any information on me. So they have told companies that I do not have any experience. If they'd do the reserch they are hired to do then they would very well find something. Instead they rely on companies to report drivers to them, and guess what kind of reports they get???????

You can dispute or add information to your dac report. It is just like a credit report they have to follow the same rules. There were alot of errors on mine too. It said that I committed a felony on mine And I was had just got a T.S. Security clearance for Fed-Ex loads it is crazy but you can fix the errors. You have to fill out a Consumer report dispute form you can find it to download off the internet. Not sure the exact web address.
hope this is of some help.

And did you take this lying down????Did you go after the liars??I hope you didn't sit on this and let them get away with this kind of damage because they are the criminals here, not you---if what you said is the truth.

I got a speeding ticket for going 82mph in a 65 on flat ground. I went straight to Peterbilt and had a diagnostic run on my truck and took it to court, my truck was governed for 75. The officer then said his radar was broken.
You have to fight back when someone lies about you, when someone says you did something wrong or simply wants to ruin you for one reason or another.

We as women have to find the backbone to stand up and not take a line of Poop from what we shall call "bosses". The one thing that really hits home for a lot of women is---if you don't put out you are OUT the door.
This isn't the 60's 70's 80's or even the 90's. We are in fact doing what was once a man's job, but all I can say to that is "Sorry buddy, move over we're here to stay."
We as women need to work for one reason or another, survival, family, whatever reason, and this is a good job to have. It's not that bad. Driving a big rig all over the United States is an honest job. The primitive male that sits in the boss chair does not have the right to tell us to crawl, lie down or hit your knees. You as a woman have the right to bring charges against him. The same is true for false reporting on a DAC report.

There are good companies out there that don't pull this kind of thing. Maybe I've been lucky in my choices, but I tell you this honestly--DO NOT PUT UP WITH THIS TREATMENT. Pick up your phone, write letters and for heaven sake tell someone right away so help can begin.

That exact thing happened to me in Ohio near Columbus.Back then the trk speed was 55 and thats exactly what I was doing not even a mile over.Worthless officer clocked me at 68.My trk was governed at 65.I did try fighting that.I went to court a week later and plead not guilty at the Washington court house. They sent me a paper when the hearing was. They gave me 3 days from thew time I received it in the mail.My dad told me what it said as I was on the road.Well because I could'nt get routed that way I was forced to pay the ticket or lose my licence. This happened over 3 yrs ago and im still mad about it everytime I have to go thru Ohio.I hate EVERY STINKEN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIAL IN THAT STATE.

Back in 1976 i had just got up at the rest area north of kings island and had barely got off the on ramp when i was stopped and no joke folks i was clocked from an airplane at 56 miles per hour.... If you drive a sharp truck or have extra lights on they think they have hit the jackpot.... I couldn't make court abd yes the scumbag seventh generation tjheives suspended my license until i paid their extortion fees..... I don't spend a dime in ohio period...

Im new to the trucking my husband has drove truck for 34 years he came off the road so i had to get training but I was in training for a company in Dallas to make a long story short they kept in a terminal for 3 weeks told me every day they could not get me a trainer because im a female i got sick because after you get there its left up to you to get a way to eat they do not transport you and only pay 250.00 a week so i had to walk along side of interstate 20 to get food my boss Rhonda sent me home on a bus i sat home for another 3 weeks she called said get on bus for 5 days going to S Carolina I talked to trainer he said stay in Little Rock he would get load out here to get me so i did that was on Sunday I called on Monday Rhonda refused to talk to me and put on my DAC that i quit in unauthorized location, under a dispatched load, and misuse of company funds for the bus ticket I have tried every thing to get that removed. The investigation process is If the company said you did then you did it. Lawyers will not take this because they say its to long and drawed out it will fall off in 3 years. I have not been able to get a job in over a year now I have been turned down by a numerious amount of companies.

Its an legal issue. Women truck drivers have to be respected and treated well in their work places.
