(Van Buren, Arkansas) - USA Truck has selected Brian Woods as its Driver of the Month for August 2012.  Brian lives in Oklahoma City, has been with USA Truck since 2004 and has been accident-free for more than a year.
 
Brian is currently working to help USA Truck establish a new dedicated project while the driver who has been hired for that project completes orientation and training. Project Leader Eilaine Day, who nominated Brian for this honor, said he is always willing to help in any way. "He's a team player who will always go the extra mile to help when needed. He's one of those drivers who you never have to worry about getting the job done; you just know that he will go above and beyond what is expected of him.
 
The Driver of the Month honor is reserved for those driver team members who consistently display their commitment to safety, DOT compliance, customer service, appropriate use of available hours and overall professionalism. Brian has certainly demonstrated his commitment to these objectives, and we are pleased to have him on our team. Congratulations, Brian, and thank you for all that you do for USA Truck and for your profession.
 
For his recognition as August's Driver of the Month, Brian will receive 35,000 Focused on Safety Awards Points, a certificate to honor his achievement and companywide Communication Station recognition.
