(LeMars, Iowa) - B-T, Inc. is pleased to announce that Bob Packard has been chosen as the company's Driver of the Month for August.

Packard was nominated by his fleet manager, Paul Easton, who said "Bob is the most pleasant driver you can work with and gets the job done professionally. When Bob is under a load, you know it will be on time."

In addition to winning a B-T gift certificate, Packard will now be eligible to compete for Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year. This year-end recognition brings a 1-cent-per-mile pay increase for twelve months.

B-T's Drivers of the Month are selected by their fleet managers based on overall performance within all areas of the company, including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment, payroll, billing and customer service.
