(LeMars, Iowa) - B-T, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jamey Beem has been chosen as the company's Driver of the Month for September.

Beem was nominated by his fleet manager, Chris Krogman, who said "Jamey does a great job and helps out when asked." Beem has driven with B-T for sixteen years.

In addition to winning a B-T gift certificate, Beem will now be eligible to compete for Driver/Owner-Operator of the Year. This year-end recognition brings a 1-cent-per-mile pay increase for twelve months.

B-T's Drivers of the Month are selected by their fleet managers based on overall performance within all areas of the company, including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment, payroll, billing and customer service.
