Fort Dodge, Iowa  - Decker Truck Line, Inc. is pleased to nnounce that Jim Rowe was selected as the February 2010 Driver of the Month for the latbed division. Rowe's dispatcher explained, "Jim is beginning his eighth year with Decker. He is very conscientious about doing a good job. He always has a positive attitude, goes where ever necessary, is very reliable and a good driver representing Decker Truck Line."

Rowe resides in Marseilles, Illinois where he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his children play soccer, working around the house, gardening and grilling in the summer.

Selected as Driver of the Month for the Reefer/Van division was Mario Rosemond. Rosemond has been with Decker approximately two years. "Mario is very easy to work with. He does a great job and communicates well. I appreciate all of the work and effort he puts forth. I am glad to have Mario on my team of drivers," stated his dispatcher.

Married for 32 years, Rosemond spends his free time with his daughters and their activities. He also enjoys playing chess.

Drivers and owner-operators are nominated monthly by their dispatcher. They are selected based on overall performance within all areas of the company, including operational productivity, safety record, maintenance/care of equipment (including idle time), payroll, billing and customer service. All drivers and owner-operators selected as a Driver of the Month are eligible to be chosen as Driver/Owner-operator of the Year.
