Offering to provide warehouse management expertise in strategically located facilities across the United States

THOMASVILLE, N.C. (July 15, 2008) - Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (NASDAQ NN: ODFL) Senior Vice President of Strategic Development Rick Keeler announced today that Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is expanding its supply chain services with a new warehouse service offering.

"We are very excited about our entry into the warehouse and distribution service space," said Keeler. "Our warehousing solutions are designed to assist companies without in-house logistics services. We want to help those companies focus on their core competencies by supporting them with our warehousing solution."

The warehouse offering will provide state-of-the art warehouse management systems that are powered by SAP from strategically located facilities in the nation's major gateways. The service will offer numerous value-added services such as pick & pack, replenishment, labeling, Web-based visibility, reporting as well as many other services.

Keeler stated, "Our warehousing division will be managed by Chris Reynolds who has an extensive background in supply chain and warehouse services. Chris and his team have worked very hard to develop an excellent solution for our customers."
