Houston, TX: Precision Pulmonary Diagnostics (PPD) has chosen Oximetry Company LLC as its latest sleep diagnostics partner to further its goal in reducing the prevalence of sleep apnea in the trucking industry.  Oximetry Company, headquartered in Clinton Township, MI, offers an exclusive, patented technology to test for sleep apnea in the privacy of the normal sleep environment.  Robert Rudowski II MBA PhD, CEO of Oximetry Company, has patented the Night Hawk sleep systems’ gold standard, FDA approved, technology to perform type 1 sleep studies almost anywhere.

OXIMETRY COMPANY was established in 2000 by Dr. Robert W. Rudowski II MBA PhD to address a growing shortfall in the home pulmonary testing arena. At the time a durable medical equipment provider (DME) needed a third party oximetry test to verify need for the purposes Medicare reimbursement for home oxygen therapy. The difficulty came due to a shortage of Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities willing to perform the testing required because the reimbursement did/does not cover the cost of testing. Dr. Rudowski developed a method to make this possible and has since been performing tests in all 50 states on literally hundreds of thousands of patients.
