About Roady's Truck Stop
The Roady's Truck Stop chain allows independent truck stop facilities to leverage the corporate buying power to get the maximum return. Lee’s goal is to help each location to better utilize the Roady's network of vendors and suppliers to yield a higher return on their investment. His immediate goal is to formalize some of the processes currently in place so that all facilities can participate in the best strategies to help them find a competitive advantage. Roady’s Truck Stop is looking outside of the transportation vertical to maximize their corporate buying power to benefit the truck stop side of the business.
