"In the past three years, RWI has experienced significant growth from additional services and capabilities," said Richard Bauer, executive vice president and general manager of RWI Transportation. "During this period, our logistics unit alone experienced a 30 percent increase in revenue. As a company, we increased our work force by more than 40 percent. This aggressive growth resulted in the need for additional space."
 
The new 9,000 square foot facility is located only a few miles from RWI's existing corporate headquarters facility in Wilder, Ky. The new logistics space includes a training facility for new personnel to receive training in operations, sales and customer service. It also allows the operations and customer service teams to continue to expand supporting the company's growth. "We provide appropriate training to both our new hires and existing customer service personnel to ensure we continue the customer-driven culture of which we are so proud," said Bauer. "Our customers have come to expect RWI to be resourceful in meeting their needs and we want to be sure we continue providing this value."
